About SAF

The Senior Arts Foundation

The Senior Arts Foundation was established in 2007 as a non-profit organization in order to promote and support senior citizens' creativity in the area of arts. SAF aims to encourage senior citizens over 50 years old who are interested in the arts by providing opportunities to demonstrate their creativities through juried exhibitions and other art activities, to educate them with the open arts and community forum, to connect them to art events with transportation assistance and to utilize their talents in getting them involved in intergenerational programs.

Also SAF will organize scholarship and sponsorship programs to assist senior citizen artists and community senior citizen arts projects. SAF will coordinate, plan, organize and execute senior arts projects in all forms of artistic activities, researches and studies.
